Peetz Perks Products



At least once a week I purchase a fruit smoothie from Peetz Perks. They all come in a 16oz slurpee cup. I have had numerous smoothies since the year has began, and they are absolutely amazing. Not only does it taste amazing, but it is healthy for you at the same time. One of my biggest dislikes about the smoothie is not all of them are filled up the same.
Everyone has heard the saying "Is the cup half empty or half full". Every time I receive a smoothie I ask myself that because the smoothie is always filled to different levels. Sometimes it is filled above the brim of the cup and other times it is a little below it. I would like it if there was a little consistency.
Overall it is a good product. You could almost say I am addicted to it. I would just like them to stay consistent, so I get the same amount of smoothie every time. It would be a different story if they had different sizes, but the only one they have is the 12oz size. At times I am unsatisfied due to the fact it seems like it is less smoothie than the last one, but as I mentioned before, the product is still worth it.

    I cannot get anything to post without saying I am anonymous, but this is Mrs. Fehringer. The cold drinks are actually 16 ounce cups. The inconsistencies exist due to the amount of ice added to the flavoring prior to blending. Every customer receives 6 ounces of flavoring. Thank you for the comment and suggestion!

  3. Thank you for the compliments Marcus. The reason that the drinks are not always at the same level is due to the settling of the drink. If you get the drink right after it is made it will be full to the top or a little above, but if it has sat for only a few minuets it will settle. The air pockets will come to the top making the level of the drink decrease. I hope you understand why you have recived differnt levels of smoothie.

    We appreciate your compliments, so thanks for that. We will continuously work on your problem, so we can get your full satisfaction, but sometimes we can not help it due to the amount of time you wait for your drink to settle before you actually drink it, and also due to the amount of ice we put in the drink. So sometimes, you receive a few more cubes of free ice than other times.But other than that you are paying for the right amount of drink.

    This is Leslie. Thank you for commenting on the Peetz Perks' services. I'm glad you are so "addicted" to our product! And I also appreciate your comment on the inconsistency of the amount of product each customer receives when ordering a smoothie. I have noticed the problem as well, but as Mrs. Fehringer mentioned, every smoothie is made with six ounces of product, which is actually what you as the customer are paying for. (We wouldn't make you pay for ice.) However, I can see how two customers could compare their drinks and wonder why one person gets more smoothie than the other. We will make a conscience effort to be more consistent from now on.

    Thank you for all of the wonderful compliments and for promoting our business in a positive way. You must, however, realize that the differences in the level of the drinks are caused by many different things such as inconsistency of ice, air pockets settling, and possibly because of ice melting. We do not intend to short you out of anything, you actually get the same amount of flavor every time and just different amounts of ice. We are discussing ways to resolve this issue for you.
